Cleanses that work?

I am near the finish line of Whole Food's 365 Everyday Value Complete Body Cleanse. It's a 14 day three part detox.  I actually took a week off from it only to not have that serious urge for two weeks straight, you know what I mean.
I lost five pounds the first week.  I took the break and haven't been able to weigh myself again.  I don't own a scale as no good was coming from knowing that it won't budge for me. My coworkers noticed a marked difference, though.  So, that being said.  It helped with regularity even for the week I didn't take it.  I went vegan during the time period, eating as raw as possible.  I hope to stick with it.  I think it's a great jumpstart.  As far as having more energy, better sleep, mental clarity, etc. as it claimed, I still found myself relying on Brain Toniq and green tea far too much to notice those changes.
This was my first cleanse.  I'm likely to try it again if I'm ever feeling non menstrual bloating as there were no ill side affects.  It did "cleanse" as far as removal of food.  Did it remove toxins?  Maybe.  I once read that when your diet is optimal, your waste will lack an offensive odor.  So with regards to that statement, I did notice sharp changes within the first few days. TMI...

I have done the Isagenix 9 day cleanses 3 times over the last few years and noticed huge differences in my cravings and how I felt afterwords. I loved the fact that I was able to kick sugar and not even want it.

My chronic skin condition was gone by day 4! Now I take 2oz of the juice drink daily to keep that in check.

The first 3-4 days were difficult but after that I felt a lot of energy and just felt positive about life in general. All over good.

My Doctor wants me to do the 30 days one to kick start some weight loss but I have not been able to commit to it yet.

I will definitely look into that in a few months. I think I'm ready for a serious cleanse. Thanks.
